You will NOT be able to drag and drop files from Windows to Mac or use Windows Applications in full screen. Maplesoft has released Maple 2015.2 that fixes the issues with El Capitan. Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac will run on OS X El Capitan (10.11) as long u0003as you are on the latest update however it is not optimized or u0003enhanced for El Capitan. Specifically, creating a 3-D plot, or opening a worksheet that includes a 3-D plot, causes Maple to become unresponsive.
Maple 2015 - some functionality does not work on the new operating system. Autodesk has released service packs to address the issues. AutoCAD for Mac and AutoCAD LT for Mac versions 2015 and earlier are currently not compatible with El Capitan. Casper Self Service - server updated for El Capitan compatibility on Oct. Outlook for Mac version 2016 is experiencing stability issues - Issue resolved with OS X v.

Users who choose to upgrade to El Capitan can still access Windows by holding down Option while booting, then selecting the Bootcamp partition, but access from OS X through earlier versions of Parallels will not work. Parallels - El Capitan requires Parallels v11.Note: This installer is located under the OS category at right once Self Service has been launched. 2 Current Known Issues & Areas of ConcernĪll College-owned Macs that are capable of upgrading to El Capitan (10.11.x) will be able to find and run the installer using Casper's Self Service utility.
